[泰式大蝦柚子沙律Thai Pomelo Salad]

又到了家裡必有一兩個西柚的日子,太多吃不完又不想浪費,可以做這個開胃又健康的沙律,又美味又可“消滅”柚子....嘿嘿!祝大家中秋節快樂,人月兩團圓! :)

This Thai Pomelo Salad, fresh, spciy, bit sour and sweet, healthy and easy to make. Bored of the normal salad? try this Thai style salad, very yummy!

Ingredient
300g Pomelo
6 Shrimps
2 Tbs Shredded Coconut Flaks
2 Red Chills, sliced
2 Tbs Chewnuts, chopped
2 cloves of Garlic, minced
Coriandar
3 Tbs Lime Juice
2 Tbs Fish Sauce
1/2 Tbs Plam Sugar

Method: Pan-fried the shrimps until golden brown, set aside. Put coconut flaks on hot pan, cook for few mins or until it turn browned. Cut pomelo into chunk pieces. Mix all the ingredient and dressing together, done!
